-Products and Services will not be provided without payment
-Customer is responsible to use the products/services provided ethically and to follow any state or local laws that may apply
-OnPrime takes no responsibility for the misuse of the hardware and/or software provided
-Customer is responsible for any data charges and/or other charges that arise from the misuse of the products/services provided
-OnPrime takes no responsibility for the installation/miss-installation/misuse of the equipment/product/service provided
-All sales are final, no refunds, no returns, no rain checks
-Should our pricing from our vendor increase, we will pass on the increase price or the difference in cost; proper advance notice will be given when available.
-By remitting payment and/or accepting delivery of our products/services, you have fully understood and agreed to our terms and conditions.

-PAYMENT IS DUE PRIOR TO RELEASING YOUR ORDER
-PLEASE PAY IMMEDIATELY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ORDER SHIPS ON TIME
-ANY PAST DUE CHARGES MUST BE PAID PRIOR TO YOUR ORDER BEING RELEASE
IF YOU ARE A DEALER:
-You are subject to the terms and condition stated in your service agreement with OnPrime
-You are subject to terms and condition stated in our NDA agreement
-Dealer Agreement and Mutual NDA must be completed, singed and dated prior to you gaining access to your dealer account/dealer rights
SIM CARDS POLICY:
-If you received or requested SIM Cards only, the following applies:
-Activated prior to shipping
-Intended to be used strictly with this device an only for the purposes stated
-Already installed in the device
-Required for device's functionality
-Do not remove from the device, IT MAY VOID THE WARRANTY if removed/tampered with
-Monthly charges and overage charges may apply if the SIM Card is removed/tampered with
